Senior Affiliate Network Manager
Direct Response Technologies is looking for experienced affiliate industry professionals who can bring broad, hands–on industry experience and extensive relevant contacts to support our rapidly growing business. Opportunities exist in DirectLeads (one of the initial CPA networks) or by managing our client’s affiliate programs.

Acquired in 2006, Direct Response Technologies (DRT) is a division of publicly traded Digital River, Inc. Originally founded in 1994, DRT has been a leader in both internet media and technology. DRT provides the backbone for many other CPA networks through its DirectTrack affiliate tracking platform. Also, DRT provides a breadth of services for its advertisers and publishers through CPA veteran, DirectLeads.

About the Position
Direct Response Technologies is seeking an experienced affiliate marketer and manager who can add immediate value to an established CPA network by leveraging existing partnerships and relationships.
The position will act as the onsite coordinator of the network working in conjunction with the rest of the division. Therefore, in addition to the skills and responsibilities required to be a successful affiliate recruiter and manager, the candidate will also need to be able to manage and coordinate such diverse activities as month-end accounting procedures, legal document management and technical services management.
This person must be extremely results–oriented and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Month end accounting – managing the affiliate commission payment process.
- Work with existing publishers and advertisers to enhance relationships and win incremental business.
- Acquire new advertisers and publishers to existing network.
- Negotiate potential opportunities to secure optimal revenue potential.
- Provide ongoing internal reporting to management to ensure adequate performance knowledge.
Qualifications and Required Experience
- Deep Internet and affiliate marketing experience, preferably in either in an account management or sales role.
- Basic accounting skills required to work with DRT accounting counterparts to ensure accurate book keeping.
- Technical experience and aptitude to coordinate campaign creation and testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Performance-oriented and driven.
- Willingness to be aggressive winning new business.
