Fees Policy: Billing and Cancellation

KeyWord Max accounts are billed in full in advance for the term period selected. If you are a month-to-month customer, your account will be billed monthly on the same day every month. If you are an annual subscriber, your account will be billed annually on your anniversary date.

Extra Click or Action charges: If you exceed the monthly maximum number of clicks or actions for your service plan, you will be billed for the additional clicks or actions at the current rates. Extra click or action charges will be billed monthly to your account for charges that were incurred in the prior month.

Integration, Support, or Custom Development Fees: Integration, Support, and Custom Development Fees support is billed when ordered by you, unless we mutually agree to different terms with you. If hourly fees apply, the minimum will be charged when ordered and hourly fees will be charged once work is completed. Once ordered and work has begun, you may not cancel.

Upgrades: If you upgrade or add items to your service, you will be charged immediately a pro-rated amount for the upgrade for the remainder of the current term.

Downgrades: Service downgrades do not take effect until the start of the next term period. Downgrades for monthly subscribers must be received at least 5 business days before the beginning of the next period. Downgrades for annual subscribers must be received within the first 30 days after the start of each renewal term.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription: Cancellations of monthly subscriptions must be received at least 5 business days before the next term begins, otherwise your account will be cancelled on the last day of the following monthly term.

Cancellation of Annual Subscription: Cancellations of annual subscriptions must be received at least 5 business days before the next term begins. Annual subscribers are provided a 30 day grace period after the renewal term begins to cancel their account. If you decide not to renew within the 30 day grace period, you will receive a full refund of the charges to your account for the renewal term less a 10% cancellation fee. 100% of Integration Support is non-refundable.

Cancellation Method: If an online method is available, you will be required to cancel your account using the online request form. You will find the online request form by logging in to your account, clicking on Account Settings or KeywordMax Settings, you will see a cancelation option, please follow the on screen instructions. If the online method is unavailable, cancelation requests must be made via email sent by a registered user of your account to keywordmax@help.directresponse.com . We do not accept oral or phone cancelations, cancelations by live support, cancelations to an email address not listed here, or cancelations by someone who is not a registered user of your account.

Automatic Cancellation: If we are unable to process your charge, credit, or debit card, you will be notified by email and will have 30 days to provide a valid card. During this time we will continue tracking, but your account will be temporarily deactivated. You will not be able to log-in to your account until a valid card is provided. If your account remains outstanding after 30 days, we will automatically cancel your account and you will no longer be able to access your statistics.
